Charleen is the Public Access Manager for Bremerton Kitsap Access Television (BKAT). She works with local Government Agencies and the two Cable Companies (Charter & Comcast) to ensure BKAT’s stability and prominence in the community. She also meets with the BKAT Citizen Advisory Committee on a monthly basis. Charleen has a B.S. Degree in Parks and Recreation Administration from Western Illinois University. She worked with Bremerton Parks & Recreation for over 22 years. She is the host of "Inside Bremerton," "Around Kitsap" and "Conversation With."

Jon's television career began after a brief stint as a radio DJ in the wheat fields of eastern Washington. He left the much coveted 12-hour weekend shifts behind to work beneath the bright lights and along side whirring tape machines of most TV stations in the Seattle area. As the BKAT Production Coordinator he now assists, mentors, and oversees most of the programs that are produced by BKAT. Jon is a WSU broadcasting graduate and is currently living in North Kitsap.
