Welcome to BKAT! Kitsap County's local cable access channel. This powerful media tool can help you reach 50,000 cable subscribers in Kitsap County. BKAT is a PEG channel; serving the Public, Education and Government. You have probably seen Kitsap County Commissioners Meetings, City Council Meetings (Bremerton and Poulsbo) as well as local school district and community college sporting events and news on the channel. Those events are the G and E of PEG. The P is where you come in. Kitsap County Residents are invited to take classes in field production, studio production and editing. Learn how to make a TV program! Learning to operate BKAT equipment will also enable you to be a volunteer with BKAT. We rely on volunteers to assist with productions in the studio and field.
